NFS PU: Alpine Switchback

Hi,
Does anyone know any tricks to the Alpine Switchback in Factor Driver mode?
I'm not sure if using the hand brake is the best solution as I almost
invariably end up .5-1.5 seconds behind goal time of 37 seconds.

Beating Rolf for Chief Test Driver was hard enough (had to make
him crash onto the side of an overpass).
