Here's how I did it. When I aproached the cones, I was in second gear. Just as I was entering cones I released the gas, and turned the car to the right. When the car turns about 45 deg. hit the hand brake and hold it down. You should do a full 360. Don't turn the wheel once you hit the hand break. When 360 complete, shift down to first, then gun it to finish. You know you did the 360 because you will hear a ping and an arrow will appear at the end cones. If you don't hear the ping, then you probably didn't do the 360 inside the cones. Try this method. Worked for me.
