well heatwall n ethan, perhaps most of u oledi figure out why i740 card cannot run NFS PU... the graphic card cannot support NFS PU
so i think the best solution is ( if u folks r rich kids) dump the i740 n buy a new card.. i think tat's the best solution... but costly... hopefully those ppl at EA do sumthing abt tis n come out wif a bloody good patch... n dun force us all to download the patch in the game, like connect to the damn EA server n stuff thingy cos we cant even get into the damn game...
i think win95 or win98 makes no diff to the game now.. cos at 1st i tot is the OS conflict then i found out tat it is not
but, do let me know if there is a specific patch for i740 comes out
