just take it slow, you've got lots of time. do the 1st 180 in 2nd gear and slow, then back up looking at the car from the front (by pressing b) when you get to the 2nd 180 use the emergency break and shift to 1st gear at the same time, then step on the gas, but even if you don't recover super quickly and take your time, they'll still give you the 180. then, don't dare missing the 360! but seriously, you've go lots of time.
