Well, you could make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed. If you are overclocking your CPU and/or video card, you might try lowering the speed. You might want to try the latest reference drivers from nVIDIA or the latest released drivers from Diamond. Another thing, in the configuration for your video card drivers, try setting "Texel Alignment" to the far left (I think it's value 7 on the latest reference drivers.)
