I have a Diamond Viper V550 w/ 16MB and it now works fine for me. When I first tried to load the game I would get just a white screen and sound. Goto Diamond's website, they have a new driver just for the V550 so that it will support DirectX7.0a. If that doesn't fix it then the problem isn't your video card.
