PU - Cant make it to menu, crashes to desktop W/O error

My specs:

Athlon 700
Microstar 6167
Creative GeForce DDR AGP
SB Live mp3+

After the intro movie, i get to see the loading screen for about 4
seconds, then it crashes to the desktop WITHOUT an error message
CTL + ALT + DEL disabled...

tried both the latest Dentonator drivers from Nvidia, 5.16 and the latest
creative drivers...

IVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!

please help..
