Viper II problems!

Am I the only one who has these strange floating polygons?
Problem: You can see the wheels trough my car in the menu and in-game; there are also these annoying stripes over my screen in the menus!
Probably Z-buffer problems; but I installed my latest drivers for motherboard and Viper-card!
