GeForce Pink Screen NFS Porsche

Hi, I'm running a PIII 500 with a GeForce, I am using the newest nvidia drivers and DirectX 7. The game starts up fine, but when I start any race the screen is pink. The dials/Speedo are fine, the controls work but you cannot see anything else.
