How to do a 180 spin, and Spin Recovery?

I've read about how to do a 360 spin, and I can do that... but I just can't do a 180 spin - the car is always too fast, and end up doing a 360+ spin.

The only way I can do a 180 spin is to lower the speed under 100mph before I start turning.

But in the FD mode I need to do lots of 180 spin in 50 seconds, so I guess I won't make it if I go at 100mph.

Could it be that I don't know how to do a spin recovery correctly?

I don't have a license in real life, so please enlighten me~~~
