I kept racing the 2/3 Class race in the golden era to save up for the new 944 turbo and I beat it 6 times and the opponent cars never got any faster. I think that once new cars become available then they will drive them. The cars you race are definitely not stock though, because some of them compete right of the line and I don't see how that is possible if you have tweaked you car w/ performance parts. : : I don't know will messages be forwarded to my e-mail.
