I am swedish, and i also have the swedish/english version of NFS 5. When i installed the game i could choose between swedish or english. Once the game is installed you cannot choose different language anymore.

Solution: uninstall the game completely - then reinstall it again, now choosing english instead.
Before you do however - be sure to copy the "Save data" mapp so you dont have go through the whole career evolution process once again.
I dont think this "Save data" mapp is language-dependent, altrough im not 100% sure.
