NSF5 Don't work with my Geforce2 MX, PLZ Help!

hi..

i love nfs5, i played it lots of time with my TNT2 and everything was fine.
Now i have a Asus Geforce 2 MX and i cant race now :(

The program loads fine..the menu is okay.. But if i want to drive i have after loading a pink screen... i can see a little bit..the computer did not crash. I can steer and accelerate (i hear it).

Did somone else have the same problems and know how i can resolve this Problem ?

I have donloaded the newest Update...
And i use Nvidia Referenz Driver 6.18.
With nvidia 5.22 and 5.33 it do not run too :(

Thx... I want to race :)
