Well man, I have the exactly the same stuff as you, it could be your soundcard, try getting a new one, or if you dont have the money, take some stuff off your startup

Go to then then type in "Msconfig"
and go to the tab, and remove unnecessary stuff...

If that doesn't work, I dunno how to help ya
