Everything is pink! Elsa ERAZOR TNT

Everything is fine until the game starts.

Everything is pink, the skyline and sky are light pink.

BTW Software rendering is not an option, should it be there?

I'm using an Elsa Erazor II TNT with directx 7.0
I;ve got ELSA's latest drivers.

Please help. I know it's a weird problem but ELSA doesn't have any newsgroups, advanced help, etc.
