NFS 5 Car Wraps d/l?

This issue seems to me to be very controversial. I've been reading some previous posts and have seen that these cars that are under wraps (911GT2/3 928GTS and I think the 959?) are in the game. Yet I see other posts that say you must d/l them... and indeed the game seems to support the latter view.

I have searched high and low across the broad expanses of the internet for information on these "missing" cars, and I would appreciate it if someone out there has any information that may enlighten me, aka Do you have to win races in the evolution mode to get these cars? I have already beaten the Factory Driver mode and recieved the 3 cars you get from there... but there are the other 4 cars that I seem unable to obtain. Please help.
